Refund
Policy
Almax
Information Systems will replace any products which are
supplied in a faulty or unusable condition. The
faulty products should be returned to Almax within 28
days of delivery with a detailed explanation of the
fault and reason for return. Almax will not accept
any freight costs for products returned.
Almax
will replace the faulty products at no cost including
any delivery charges for the shipment of the replacement
products. The method of shipment for replacement
products will be solely at the discretion of Almax.
Almax
refund policy includes the exchange of faulty products
only and does not include a refund for any monies paid
or for unused subscriptions paid in advance. If
applicable, replacement products will be sent within 3
to 5 working days from the receipt of the faulty
products by Almax.
The replacement of faulty
products does not include products that have physical
damage that was beyond the control of Almax.
Delivery
Information
Almax
accepts orders from all over the world. Generally
the processing and shipment of an order will be
completed within 2 to 3 working days of receipt and will
be shipped by express post. It is not usually
necessary to sign for the delivery.
