Our knowledgeable support team can provide expert technical support to ensure your data service is reliable and hassle free.  For your convenience, the support desk operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

To give you the best possible assistance, please be in front of your computer with it turned on and have your client ID available before you call.  Your Almax client ID can be found on the title bar of our software.
