Software License

The software remains the property of Isometric Software Pty Ltd at all times and is subject to copyright laws.  You may make a copy of the software or data disk(s) for backup purposes only. Copies made for any other purpose are prohibited. Subject to these terms and conditions, Isometric Software Pty Ltd. grants a license to you to use our GemPro or Market Manager software for collecting and managing data supplied by Almax Information Systems Pty Ltd or an authorised distributor only.

In no event shall Isometric Software Pty Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damage either direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use this software.

Data Service

The Data provided is checked for errors but Almax Information Systems does not warrant that the Data or Data service will be error free.  In no event shall Almax Information Systems, its suppliers or authorised distributors be liable for any damage either direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information or other losses arising out of data errors or the inability to use or collect data.

The Data provided remains the property of Almax Information Systems and is not to be resold, redistributed, given away or otherwise disseminated without explicit consent in writing from Almax Information Systems.
