I have had no problems with collecting my data on a
daily basis for 12 months or more. Can't remember when
I had a problem in fact, and then it wasn't your
fault. Wish I could say the same for many other
companies' services I pay for.

Dear Almax folks,
And this means all of
you. Allen and Paul and Joyce and all the people
who've been so helpful over the years.
You were, I believe,
the fourth data service we tried, all previous ones
being inaccurate, which is the worst, and for a
trader, most costly sin; but also characterised by
poor software, zilch backup, minus customer service,
and much misrepresentation as to what the service
actually was and what data we would get (as in
up-to-date when it was commonly a day or even two
late).
Not only do you put
everyone else in the shade, but I have recommended you
to others as THE service to use. Your data has
been excellent, your selection of data far greater
than your competitors, as is the flexibility of
consumer choice.
Your software is also a
pleasure to use and self explanatory. You are
the only service that made making our own specific
portfolios to flip through, both possible, and easy to
set up.
But above all, your
people are what make this all work. They are
wonderful, and have never let us down, even when I
have asked the most dumb and tedious questions when I
have needed your help.
I wish all businesses
that we deal with had experts who were experts like
you.
By all means, you may
take any part of this recommendation (from Ms T.K. New

wish.

Dear Almax,
In todays rush it is so often that one encounters
people that do not know their job & are abrupt
etc. Not so with Almax I have found.
I have observed that the staff are polite, friendly
& absolutely professional with job knowledge. Just
as importantly other areas of your operation are just
as good, eg I had a corrupt file on my computer that
was making downloads unbelievably slow. What happens,
a message comes automatically from Almax telling me
exactly what the problem was & how to replace the
file, problem fixed in five minutes.
Today I had another problem with the charting program
that Almax downloads to. I contacted two of your
technical operators in two successive days,
independently, first by e-mail second by phone.
They both had the same answer & the last guy I was
talking to today by phone talked me straight into a
fix in fifteen minutes.
My brother has dealings with you also, & despite
being a very discerning person has nothing but praise
for you all as well.
It is obvious that you put a lot effort into your
service. Well done Almax.
